Senior Interactive Account Manager/Strategist

RedEngine Digital (RED) is looking for a smart, take-charge, creative marketer who thrives on the challenge of creating innovative and integrated fundraising and marketing campaigns to increase revenues for great organizations.

You’ll work with big brand clients in the not-for-profit, charity and association sectors to help them raise money and engagement using integrated search, email, online advertising and social media to grow our client’s revenue and expand awareness of their issues.

You’ll work with a team of marketing, social media, search, analytics and creative professionals

You will:

  • Serve as the strategist, engagement manager and project manager for 2-4 clients, managing the day-to-day relationship.
  • Develop, lead, and implement integrated email, advertising, social media and offline communication plans for non-profit clients
  • Project manage and schedule client projects and services with internal staff and external contractors/partners and coordinate all efforts with clients
  • Oversee creative, technical and analytical implementation of campaigns
  • Provide innovative and strategic ideas for campaigns, programs and partnerships that will generate income and engagement for our clients
  • Oversee and manage monthly and annual budget spends of clients
  • Ensure ROI of digital campaigns for clients across multiple verticals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Produce regular reports on online program and campaign results, and work with our data analyst to produce Return on Investment analyses and more in depth additional reports and analyses, as needed.
  • Oversee, mentor and manage account assistants/executives

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fundraising and agency experience preferred, with hands-on experience with revenue-focused campaigns, as well as advocacy
  • Excellent project management skills and experience creating and managing online campaigns, including email campaigns, search campaigns, social media, other.
  • Excellent marketing writing and communication skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with e-crm platforms (Convio, Blackbaud, Salesforce, Salsa, other) and Web technologies
  • Knowledge of Web analytics for tracking and reporting campaign results.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strategic, creative thinker with experience working on fundraising and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Great people skills, including ability to interact positively with clients and staff in person, on the phone and by email.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and team player.
