RED Chairs DMAW Social Media Day
RedEngine’s Liz Murphy and Melanie Phung co-chaired DMAW Social Media Day, a full day of sessions aimed at marketers interested in taking their social media efforts to the next level. This sold-out conference went way beyond the basics, focusing on advanced social media tactics, case studies and optimization strategies. Topics included mobile marketing, the future of video, reputation management, measurement and metrics, digital PR and more. Feedback from attendees included: “a huge success”, “best conference I have been to in years”, and other accolades.
RED Launches Health Care Reform Microsite
In July, RedEngine Digital worked with the American Diabetes Association to launch a new microsite on health care reform. RED developed the strategy, wrote and designed the site, implemented advanced Google Analytics campaign tracking, and optimized it for the search engines. RED also created an email cultivation and fundraising campaign to increase online donations and advocacy actions. RedEngine Presents at Bridge Conference – July 21, 2009
RedEngine’s Alex Allen presented at the Bridge Conference 2009, a conference organized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Washington DC Metro Area Chapter, and the Direct Marketing Association of Washington. Children’s Defense Fund Sees 23% Increase in Google Organic Search Traffic – June 15, 2009
RedEngine client Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) released site data that shows dramatic increases in site visits and visitor engagement within the first three months following the launch of a total site redesign, which included SEO work by RED and site design by OmniStudio. Comparing the optimized site to the previous site design (over comparable timeframes), the client experienced: total site visits increased 12%, Google organic search visits rose 23% and the average time spent on the site climbed by 15%.
